Homemade Classic Cheeseburger
Ingredients:
Burger Patty:
- 2 lbs Trucchi’s Own Lean Fresh Ground Beef
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Black Pepper to taste
To Serve:
- 6 Hamburger Buns
- Sliced Cornershop White American Cheese
- Lettuce
- Sliced Red Onion
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all Burger Patty ingredients. Use your hands to evenly incorporate each of the ingredients without overmixing.
- Evenly separate the mixture into six parts. Roll each part into a circle and press into a patty, slightly larger than the bun.
- Heat a skillet to medium heat and press patties onto the pan. Cook for each side for 2 minutes for thin patties or up to 4 minutes on each side for thick patties.
- While cooking patties, toast hamburger buns to preference.
- Stack finished patties on buns and dress to serve.
