"Can't Believe They're Not Fried" Buffalo Chicken Wings
This Extra Crispy recipe for Chicken Wings will become a go-to recipe for every gathering.
Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Chicken Wings
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 Teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh Parsley, Minced
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- Buffalo Wing Sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425ºF. Line Baking Sheet with aluminum foil (coated with Cooking Spray) or Parchment. Set aside.
- Combine all Ingredients except for the Chicken and Buffalo Sauce into a small bowl.
- Take Paper Towels and pat the Wings Dry very well.
- Place Wings into a Large Bowl. Sprinkle the Seasoning mixture over the wings. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Arrange the Wings onto your prepared Baking Sheet.
- Pop in the oven for 1 Hour. Flipping them every 20 Minutes. The last 5 Minutes Coat the wings with Buffalo Sauce. Cook for an additional 5 Minutes at 450ºF.
