- 6 oz Salmon
- 1.5 tsp Avocado Oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 cup White Rice (to result in about 2.5 cups cooked)
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Hot Sauce to taste
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Mirin
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper
Toppings:
- Chopped Green Onion

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking tray with tinfoil.
- Cook Rice according to instructions. Plan accordingly based on how long your Rice takes to cook.
- Place Salmon on prepared tray and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with Salt—don’t over season because we’ll add flavor towards the end of the dish.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until Salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Combine cooked Rice with Mayonnaise, Hot Sauce, Soy Sauce, Mirin, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt and Pepper until thoroughly combined.
- Once Salmon is finished cooking, place on top of Rice and lightly mash with a fork.
- Top with Avocado, Green Onions, and Nori.
