Bourbon Peach Pork Chops
Perfectly seasoned Pork Chops with a flavorful Bourbon Peach sauce...Yum!
Ingredients:
- 4 Pork Chops Bone In
Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Peaches Sliced
- 1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Bourbon
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Fresh Thyme Sprigs
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
Instructions
- Place sauce pan over Medium Heat. Heat up the Butter. Once melted sauté the peaches for about 2 Minutes.
- Add Brown Sugar, BBQ Sauce and Bourbon to the Peaches. Let the peaches brown for 5 Minutes.
- Add the Chicken Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, Dijon Mustard, Soy Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Thyme and Garlic to the pan. Bring to simmer on Low Heat for 4 Minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Remove the Sprigs of Thyme before serving.
- To make the Seasoning combine Paprika, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Thyme, Celery Salt, Salt and Cayenne in a small bowl. Use seasoning on the Pork Chops.
- Heat grill over Medium Heat and cook each side of the Pork Chops for 3 to 4 Minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve Chops with Bourbon Peach Sauce on top.
