Taco Chili
Easy Taco Chili Soup perfect to enjoy while watching the Big Game!
Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Small Onion, Chopped
- 1 Can (15 oz) Kidney Beans, Drained
- 1 Can (15 oz) Pinto Beans, Drained
- 1 Can (15 oz) Corn Kernels, Drained
- 1 Can (15 oz) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
- 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 1/2 Cups Beef Stock
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Pico de Gallo
- Avocado Sliced
- Tortilla Chips
- Lime Wedges
- Chopped Cilantro
- Sliced Jalapeños, Optional
Instructions:
- Add the Ground Beef and Onion to a large pot. Season with Salt and Pepper and let it cook through over medium heat.
- Drain any excess liquid. Add Kidney Beans, Pinto Beans, Corn, Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Taco Seasoning and Beef Stock into the pot. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Add Cumin and Paprika for seasoning, and allow to simmer over medium heat for 10 Minutes.
- Serve with Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo, Avocado Slices, Tortilla Chips, Lime Wedges and Cilantro. Top off with some sliced Jalapeños for an extra kick.
