Shrimp and Asparagus Kabobs
A Quick and Easy Dinner on the Grill with Fresh Lemon and Herbs.
Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons Butter Melted
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Chopped Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to Season
- 1/2 Lb Raw Shrimp
- 5 oz Fresh Asparagus, Cut into 2 Inch Pieces
- 6 Skewers, Soaked in Water
Instructions:
- Combine Lemon Juice, Garlic, Parsley, Thyme, Salt and Pepper into the bowl of Melted Butter. Mix well.
- Thread the Shrimp and Asparagus, alternating until skewers are full. Repeat for all kabobs.
- Brush your butter mixture onto the skewers evenly.
- Cook on the grill for 3 minutes or so (turning over half way through cook time) or until the shrimp and asparagus are cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy!
