Cheesy Rigatoni & Beef Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Trucchi's Own 85% Lean Ground Beef
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- 5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1 Lb Rigatoni, Cooked
- 24 oz Marinara Sauce
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven to 375ºF.
- Add Ground Beef, Salt and Pepper, Garlic, Red Pepper Flakes, and Onion Powder to a Skillet. Cook and crumble.
- Remove Beef from pan and drain. Set aside beef.
- Add Butter and Flour to pan, mix to form a paste.
- Gradually, add Milk and bring to a Boil until it reaches a creamy consistency. Set to the side.
- Mix Rigatoni with the Eggs in a Bowl. Lay in a 9x13 Baking Dish.
- Layer the Marinara, Ground Beef, Mozzarella, White Sauce, and Parmesan.
- Bake until the Cheese has a golden brown color, about 30 to 35 Minutes
