Crock Pot White Chicken Chili
Enjoy this Creamy flavorful Chili made right in your crock pot!
Ingredients:
- 2 Cans Great Northern Beans, Drained and Rinsed
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Diced
- 3 Teaspoons Kosher Salt, Divided
- 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 8 oz Green Chilis
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Stock
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Cups Frozen Corn, Thawed
- 1 Cup Carrots, Diced
- 1 Cup Celery, Diced
- Juice from 1 Lime
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese for Serving
- Fresh Cilantro, Chopped for serving
- Sour Cream for Serving
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in your Slow Cooker. Cook on Low for 4 to 6 Hours.
- Serve with Cheese, Cilantro and Sour Cream.
