Banana Oat Bread
There is nothing quite like a warm slice of Banana Bread fresh from the oven...with crunchy Oats and Walnuts.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 4 Large Bananas
- 2 Large Eggs
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Greek Yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
- Add all ingredients except the Walnuts, into a blender or food Processor, Pulse until it becomes a smooth batter.
- Pour into a well greased Loaf Pan. Place in the oven until cooked all the way through. Baking times will vary, but it should take anywhere from 50 to 70 Minutes. Keep an eye on it, inserting a skewer through the middle of the bread until there is no batter on the skewer.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 1 hour before Slicing and serving.
