Ingredients

• Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
• Betty Crocker Rich and Creamy Vanilla Frosting
• 1 cup Milk, plus 3 tbsp
• 1/3 cup Butter, melted
• 3 Eggs
• Cupcake Wrappers
• Raspberries, optional

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Disregard Box instructions for desired ingredients--by substituting Milk for Water and Butter for Oil, the cake will turn out richer.
3. Mix Cake Mix with Milk, Butter, and Eggs with a mixer on medium speed or vigorously by hand for 4-5 minutes. Make sure the batter is well combined and that air is incorporated.
4. Prepare cupcake tin with cupcake wrappers, and pour batter into each wrapper. There should be enough batter for 24 cupcakes.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
6. Take Vanilla frosting out of its container, and whip vigorously with a whisk or a mixer. Add up to 3 tbsp of milk to loosen and add air to frosting.
7. Transfer frosting to a piping bag and decorate cupcakes once cooled. Top with a raspberry.
