Prosciutto Wrapped Stuffed Chicken
  • 1 Lb Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • Slices Prosciutto, Enough to Wrap each Chicken Breast
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine Brown Sugar, Minced Garlic and Salt and Pepper into a bowl and set aside.
  3. Pound the Chicken Breasts so they are about ½ Inch Thick.
  4. Rub some of the Brown Sugar mixture onto the Chicken Breasts.
  5. Add a couple spoonfuls of Cream Cheese per Chicken Breast and spread.
  6. Roll the Chicken Breasts up. Roll the Prosciutto around the Chicken, seam side down.
  7. Sprinkle on the rest of the Brown Sugar Mix over the Chicken.
  8. Pop in the oven for 25 - 30 Minutes (or until the Chicken is fully cooked through).
