Take a whole watermelon and slice in half, lengthwise. Use plastic wrap to cover up one half of the watermelon and place in the refrigerator. Hollow out the other watermelon half using an ice cream scoop or spoon. Place the watermelon shell into a baking dish (use a towel to put between the bottom of the watermelon and the edge of the dish so it doesn’t wobble). Prepare the gelatin according to the directions on the package, you will need approximately 3 packets of Jello depending on the size of the watermelon. Once you’re done stirring together the Jello, pour into the watermelon half. Carefully place into the fridge. Let it refrigerate until the gelatin has completely firmed. When its ready, cut the watermelon into slices and serve on a plate. Enjoy!
