Shrimp Scampi Linguine

Ingredients
- 1½ Lbs Unpeeled Large Raw Shrimp
- 1 Package (9 oz) Refrigerated Linguine
- ¼ Cup Butter
- ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Dry White Wine
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped
Instructions
- Peel the Shrimp, leaving the tails on. Devein if desired.
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
- Meanwhile, place a large skillet over Medium High Heat and melt the Butter with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Add the Green Onions and Garlic and saute for about 4 to 5 Minutes, or until the Onions are tender.
- Add the Shrimp and Wine. Season with Salt and Pepper. Let cook over Medium Heat. Stirring occasionally. Let cook for 3 to 5 Minutes, or just until the shrimp turns pink.
- Stir in the Dill and Parsley. Remove the Shrimp with a slotted spoon. Reserving sauce in the pan.
- Add the cooked Linguine to the sauce in the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Transfer pasta to a serving bowl. Top the Linguine with the Shrimp.
- Serve and Enjoy!
