1 Slice Country Kitchen All Natural Bread, Chopped Finely
½ Teaspoon Paprika
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Cup Gruyére Cheese, Finely Shredded
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Place an ovenproof skillet over medium high heat, heat 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil.
Add Onion and cook, stirring often. Once they have softened (about 4 to 6 minutes), add the Wine. Increase heat to high. Cook until the wine is slightly reduced, stirring often (2 to 4 minutes).
Place the Tilapia over the onions in the pan. Season with Thyme, Salt and Pepper. Cover with Foil. Bring the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes.
Toss the Bread, remaining Olive Oil, Paprika and Garlic Powder into a bowl. Remove foil from the pan and top the Tilapia with your bread mixture. Add your Shredded Cheese. Place back in the oven, uncovered. Let bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked through.
