We are a big fan of making what we like to call Zebra Cake. All you need are Chocolate Wafers and some Cool Whip. Take each wafer and spread a spoonful of Cool Whip on the sides, sticking them together like a sandwich. Stand them up on a plate (spread some Cool Whip on the plate first, so they stay up straight. Once you have finished using the wafers, carefully spread the entire log with cool whip. Cover with Glad Plastic Wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When ready to serve, cut each piece at an angle to get the “zebra” stripes.

Who can resist biting into a gooey, chocolaty S’more? We know we can’t. If you ran out of those graham crackers don’t let that stop you from enjoying a S’more! We have a great alternative if you’re missing a main ingredient or just want to try something different. Lay out a Pillsbury Ready Made Pie Crust (refrigerated) on a baking sheet that is wrapped in foil. Cut them into squares and brush melted butter on top of them. Sprinkle some ground cinnamon and granulated sugar on top. Bake according to directions on package. Use your cinnamon squares to make your S’more.
You can also try substituting bars of chocolate with Peppermint Patties. That minty flavor makes them even better!
