Due to the Lenten Season, many of you may be staying away from lunch meats on Fridays. Tuna is one of the most popular alternatives. If you’re looking for new ways to excite a Tuna Sandwich we have a few ideas for you.
If you’ve been making abundant amounts of fish due to the Lenten Season, we have ways to help you excite a tuna sandwich. Make our special recreation of a traditional Tuna Sandwich with our Trucchi’s Twisted Tuna recipe.
If you’re looking for something a little simpler, we have another great tuna sandwich idea. Mix Bumble Bee Solid White Tuna (4/$5) with a little mayonnaise and Honey Mustard. Place in between two slices of Pepperidge Farm Swirl Bread ($2.99). Top it off with Land O Lakes Low Salt American Cheese ($3.99 lb). Cook it on a skillet for a tuna melt.
Make an regular tuna sandwich if you don’t have the time for melting it. Throw it in a pita pocket with some sliced Jumbo Beefsteak Tomatoes ($1.99 lb) and some California Iceberg Lettuce (.99¢ ea).
Lipton Side Dishes (5/$5) are great to make with dinner. Make enough so there’s leftovers and pack away in a plastic tub for lunch. Eat it cold for a refreshing taste and add some fresh vegetables to it. A Quick and healthy lunch.

Make your own Large Greek Salad and split it into smaller containers. Tear some California Iceberg Lettuce (.99¢ ea.) and slice up Jumbo Beefsteak Tomatoes ($1.99 Lb.) to throw into a large bowl.
