TAUNTON - September 26th, 2011 Trucchi's Supermarkets is excited to announce a long-termlease with Taunton Federal Credit Union to open a branch within their new Middleboro location, opening early 2012. This will be TFCU's first branch and the first Trucchi's Supermarket toinclude a financial institution within the store.

 Trucchi's and TFCU have had a working relationship for many years. TFCU was the first credit union to be included as a payroll deduction election for Trucchi's own employees in 1993.

 Jim Trucchi, Trucchi's Supermarkets' president said, "It has been a pleasure dealing with John Damaso and Taunton Federal Credit Union. I'm very excited for both of our organizations. Trucchi's Supermarkets and Taunton Federal Credit Union originated in Taunton. We have a
shared enthusiasm as we embark on this new venture together in Middleboro. This could not be a
more perfect match."

 It is fitting that TFCU's first branch will reside within Trucchi's. The two are fixtures in their founding city of Taunton, with Trucchi's established in 1928 and TFCU in 1947. The inclusion of the TFCU branch within the Middleboro Trucchi's provides an added convenience for a number of customers and employees who are existing members.

 As a Community credit union, TFCU serves several local communities within the Greater

 Taunton area, including the town of Middleboro.

 Established by Gerard Bonenfant in November 1947, TFCU is now a full service Financial Institution currently servicing over 12,000 members at its Church Green location.
